e-artexte is an open access digital repository for visual arts publishing in Canada. It was officially launched on February 9, 2013. This expansion of Artexte’s service into the digital realm offers an opportunity for museums, galleries, artist-run centres and other publishers/authors in the visual arts community to create and distribute documentation in digital format. Corina MacDonald has been the e-artexte Project Manager since January 2011 and is currently developing training materials for digital publishing and open access for visual arts organizations. Antonia Hernandez developed the design elements of the repository website based on design and branding guidelines produced by studio feed.
